Terms of Use

Balanzo is a coaching service for strength training and nutrition, developed and provided by [Company name ApS], CVR no. [XXXXXXXX]. The service is available at balanzo.dk. By creating an account or using Balanzo you accept these terms – please read them carefully before you continue.

By using Balanzo, you agree that:

• The personal information you provide us is accurate and up to date
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account
• Your account is personal and may not be shared with others
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Balanzo
• You will not misuse the service in a way that harms Balanzo or other users

You can delete your account at any time under Settings. Note that deleting the app or no longer using the service does not stop your subscription – it has to be cancelled (see “Cancellation”).

You are responsible for your own health. Balanzo is not a medical organization, and we do not provide medical advice or diagnoses. The purpose of the service is solely to help you record your training and diet and track your progress. Always consult your doctor before starting a new diet or training plan, or if you experience pain or discomfort. If you disclose a relevant health condition during onboarding, we do not generate an automatic plan, and instead refer you to contact a doctor or dietitian.

Balanzo can be used for free or with the Standard, Pro and Exclusive subscriptions. All paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Payment details are entered when you start the subscription, but you are only charged when the trial ends. You can cancel at any time – if you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Prices may change with prior notice.

If you bought a subscription on balanzo.dk, cancel under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you enter into a paid subscription. To withdraw, email hello@balanzo.dk before the deadline. If you explicitly asked for the subscription to start immediately, you pay for the part of the period you had access before withdrawing.

Vera and other AI features in Balanzo (such as explanations and meal photo scanning) generate content automatically. The content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical advice. Vera can suggest changes to your plan, but changes are only made once you approve them. The Vera chat has a daily message limit to keep the service stable for everyone.

All rights to the service itself, including design, code, and content, belong to Balanzo. You retain ownership of the data you log yourself (meals, training, notes, etc.), and can export or delete it at any time.

The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of specific results. Balanzo cannot guarantee that the nutritional information or training recommendations provided by the app are error-free. Balanzo is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from use of the service, to the extent permitted under Danish law.

If you’re unhappy, email us at hello@balanzo.dk – we want to find a solution. If we can’t agree, you can as a consumer complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
